An occupational doctor at a call centre operating crushing management techniques, Carole Matthieu tries in vain to warn her managers of the effects these practices have on employees. Every day, she listens powerless to the sufferings and angst of the workers. When one of them begs her to help him end it all, Carole realises that this is perhaps the only way to force managers to rethink their methods.
